Examples may include a hiring process, work reviews, interpreting dotmocracy results and addressing conflicts. </span></p><p style="font-style: normal; font-family: Arial" class="western"><span style="font-size: 100%">Using ad-hoc panels decreases the chance of cronyism, nepotism and hidden agendas affecting organizational decisions.
